Tandy Harrison
Tandy Harrison, who was raised in Dallas, TX, most recently served as Director, Political Affairs for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA). NCBA is the marketing organization and trade association for America’s one million cattle farmers and ranchers. Among her responsibilities was the direction of all fundraising activities related to NCBA-PAC, one of the largest PAC’s in American agriculture, averaging contributions totaling more than $400,000 per election cycle.
Tandy, who was based in the NCBA Washington, D.C. office, oversaw political fundraising and PAC and Political Education expenditures. Her responsibilities included raising money from the Washington agriculture community for industry allies through industry based-events and coordinating political events around the country. Prior to working for NCBA, she managed the Washington, DC and national PAC fundraising efforts of then-Senator John Ashcroft (R-MO) and Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ). Tandy also served as the Director of State Operations for Citizens for a Sound Economy, also based in Washington, and was based in Dallas, TX, as a regional director for the Dole/Kemp Campaign in 1996.

Stephanie Norris
Stephanie Dove Norris, born and raised in Biloxi, Mississippi, most recently served as Director of Events for the Mississippi Gulf Coast National Governors’ Association Conference. Prior to that, Stephanie spent four years as a government affairs assistant at Barbour, Griffith and Rogers in Washington, DC. During her tenure with BGR, Stephanie provided hands-on management of numerous firm projects including an international conference with over ten Heads of State in attendance, as well as the firm’s participation in the 2004 Republican National Convention in New York. Stephanie’s campaign experience includes Haley Barbour’s successful campaign for Governor of Mississippi, and she is also a former assistant to Senator Trent Lott (R-MS).
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Mississippi.

Margo Tennison
Margo Tennison, born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, most recently worked for the lobbying firm Dutko Worldwide, LLC in Washington, DC. During her tenure at Dutko, Margo worked with corporate clients on a variety of legislative issues, managed scheduling and client relations, and provided hands-on experience in event planning and management. Prior to working in DC, Margo served as a legislative intern for the Texas Senate in Austin, Texas.
Margo is a graduate of the University of Texas.

Megan Cummings
A native of the Washington, D.C.-area, Megan Cummings joined the Bellwether Consulting Group in June 2007. Prior to working at Bellwether, Megan interned in CNN Washington’s Political Unit where she assisted CNN producers in preparing for coverage of the 2006 Congressional elections. Megan also reported on the 2004 and 2005 Virginia state legislative sessions for the Capitol News Service
Megan is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Richmond.
